RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Along with the quality products and discreet delivery service, our customers have an opportunity to enjoy the return and exchange facility provided by our company Crystal Bathroom. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from our store or find any dispute, feel free to go for the return and exchange service.

There are two ways through which our return and exchange policy works. You can either return the product to get the refund of the money or exchange the product with a new one. Each product purchased from us is applicable to return and exchange policy only up to 7 days from the date of shopping.

The return and exchange policy will only take place if a valid reason is provided by the customer. The refund amount will be credited in your registered account. The condition of the product should be same as it was at the time of purchasing. The product should be in proper condition and remain unused. The hot tubs are highly sophisticated material and must be removed only by our experts. However, the associated cost will be deducted from the overall cost.

If someone applies for the return because there is a difference between the image on our website and the actual product then the customer has to bear the expenses. The images and information present on the website of Crystal Bathroom are only for demonstration purpose. The company does not claim any liability for its 100% accuracy.

One important fact to note is that the customers have to take responsibility for the shipping charges during a return policy.
